Prime Data Centers is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and build strong pipelines.

You will use sourcing strategies, provide market insights, and guide interview best practices to ensure a positive candidate experience and diverse, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including senior or specialized roles.
• Proven track record building and executing sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals).
• Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and comfort with ATS data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and interview processes.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on interview best practices.
• Manage the candidate experience end-to-end with timely communication and feedback.
• Lead and mentor other recruiters to raise the bar for the TA function.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to inform strategy and continuously improve processes.
• Ensure a compliant, equitable hiring process across all stages.
• Collaborate with People/HR on offer structuring, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding and represent the company at recruiting events.
