Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive talent experience supporting senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Progressive Generalist experience with leadership partnerships.
• Ability to analyze data and tell a story with insights.
• Knowledge of federal and state HR laws/regulations.
• Willingness to travel domestically within SE Wisconsin (<10%).

Responsibilities

• Forecast, identify, and implement proactive talent solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead the Talent Review Process, org design, and employee experience initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to assess performance, identify talent gaps and mobility plans.
• Coach leaders on performance issues and change management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to plan staffing needs.
• Use data analytics to inform business conversations and decisions.
