Job summary

Milwaukee Tool, headquartered in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is expanding its Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will drive end-to-end hiring for Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and other functions, partnering with managers to develop targeted strategies and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will use data, market insights, and sourcing tools to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness, while maintaining compliance and a seamless process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong sourcing across active and passive candidate markets.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience using recruiting data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• This role is based at our Brookfield, WI corporate headquarters; relocation is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and other business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate talent expectations, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates aligned to technical requirements and culture.
• Lead offer development and negotiations with internal equity and market data considerations.
• Proactively pipeline talent and adjust strategies to changing hiring demands.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
