Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and other functions. You will partner with hiring managers to design targeted strategies, source and screen candidates, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

As a trusted advisor, you will influence decisions using market insights, data, and effective sourcing. You’ll collaborate with Talent partners to improve speed and outcomes while maintaining a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with efficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Experience using recruiting data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and others.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate talent expectations and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and advance candidates aligned to technical requirements and company culture.
• Lead offer development and negotiations, ensuring equity and market data alignment.
• Proactively pipeline talent and adjust strategies to changing hiring demands.
