Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and expanding talent acquisition functions with strategies to manage high-volume hiring.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to deliver high quality candidates and hires across the organization.
• Leverage technologies to drive process efficiencies and improvements.
• Identify candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Enhance relationships with operations with consultative advice.
• Monitor market trends and leverage research tools to address needs.
• Evaluate structure, processes, and tools in talent acquisition to meet hiring priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop the Company brand for recruiting needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across recruitment.
• Improve interviewing and selection skills for managers.
• Identify opportunities to implement cost-effective improvements and ROI.
• Regularly assess Talent Acquisition technology, tools, systems, programs, and processes.
• Analyze data on recruiting, performance and retention to improve processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
