The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified talent across professional, technical, manufacturing, and leadership positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and workforce needs.
This position will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, promote Lanco's employer brand and core values, and support current and future hiring needs through effective sourcing, screening, job postings, and other recruiting initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support the growth of intern, apprenticeship, and other talent development programs to help build a strong pipeline of future talent.
Office-based role with controlled conditions and moderate noise. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location.
