Job summary

Becker Wright Consultants currently seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, hire, and retain top talent globally. You will manage sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and supplier tools such as UKG, Indeed, and LinkedIn while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

The role requires building a recruiting pipeline, advancing employer branding, and coordinating with recruiters across departments. A strategic mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Agency and corporate recruiting experience with a sales focus.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing ongoing recruiting strategies.
• Create and update job descriptions for roles across the company.
• Full cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Monitor and manage department recruiting processes, tools and subscriptions.
• Build a pipeline of candidates and network in the industry.
• Strengthen employer brand as an employer of choice.
• Research and recommend new recruiting tools and systems.
• Maintain applicant data in compliance with laws and policies.
• Prepare offer letters and rejection letters; assist onboarding.
• Support other recruiters and related duties as assigned.
