Job summary

LACO Technologies Inc in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment for the USA Scientific Vacuum Division. You will partner with leadership across LACO Technologies, Gamma Vacuum, and Montana Instruments to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

In this role you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, build strategic pipelines, and coordinate internship and early‑career programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, technical, skilled trades, operations, and professional positions.
• Experience supporting multi-site organizations.
• Experience developing internship, co-op, apprenticeship, or university recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify workforce requirements and attract qualified candidates.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from requisitions to onboarding.
• Develop robust talent pipelines for technical and professional roles across USA SVD.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, and universities.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and university events to strengthen employer brand.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.
