Spectraforce is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for our Dallas-area locations. The role involves partnering with business leaders, developing job descriptions, screening candidates, and guiding offers to ensure alignment with compensation and company standards.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in corporate or agency recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, SAP, and SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Five years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with local, national recruitment operations for the business.
• Manage full cycle recruiting process and procedures.
• Source active and passive candidates and conduct pre-screens for all levels.
• Suggest revisions to job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Lead recruiting strategy meetings with hiring managers to define needs and responsibilities.
• Advise on preferred recruiting approaches to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
• Stay updated on recruiting best practices and trends and propose improvements.
