Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter for our Westlake, TX location. This hybrid role blends on-site collaboration four days a week with a flexible fifth remote day chosen by you, for a six-month contract.

You will strategize data-informed recruiting, advise hiring leaders with market insights, and build diverse pipelines while coordinating assessment and interview processes. Strong communication and stakeholder leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate/retained settings.
• Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies for complex roles.
• Experience conducting skills-based and competency-based assessments.
• Strong stakeholder consultation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business needs and workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders with market insights, talent recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Lead intake and consultation conversations to clarify role requirements, success outcomes, and hiring priorities.
• Apply knowledge of enterprise and functional strategies to influence recruiting approaches and outcomes.
• Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines and leverage multiple sourcing channels.
• Assess labor market trends and employment branding perceptions to inform recruiting strategies.
