The role focuses on candidate engagement, sourcing strategy, and working closely with hiring managers to close top talent. The incumbent will leverage ATS/CRM tools, drive data-driven recruitment practices, and participate in process improvements to enhance candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the field.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.
• 2+ years in areas: ATS (Workday), labor and employment relations, interviewing, compensation, benefits, sourcing, TA metrics, program management, process improvements, strategic workforce planning.
• 1+ year in a global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Leverages TA programs, policies, processes, and labor laws to source, recruit, hire, onboard, transfer, and disposition candidates compliantly.
• Pulls reports for data-based engagement discussions and communicates requisition-level updates to hiring managers.
• Collaborates with partners to attract top talent and ensure compliance with business objectives.
• Applies understanding of sourcing tools and strategies to build a network to hire across multiple workstreams.
