Responsibilities

• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Identify top-tier candidates via online resources, networking, and referrals, leveraging media/advertising expertise.
• Streamlined Interview Coordination: Manage all interview logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Comprehensive Candidate Support: Provide in-depth information about company culture and career opportunities; conduct post-interview follow-ups.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Stay updated on recruitment trends and develop strategies to improve talent acquisition and retention.
