This role requires collaboration with HR partners, hiring managers, and onboarding teams. The position emphasizes market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies, and a high level of candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science required.
• 3-5+ years HR/recruitment experience, preferably in a large organization.
• 3+ years of proven expertise with ATS systems and social networking tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, staffing needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline health, sourcing analytics, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Strategic Talent Advisors to transition qualified leads and support candidate experience.
• Post positions in the ATS and external platforms to ensure timely postings.
• Coordinate all pre-hire and onboarding documentation with onboarding services.
