• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including online resources, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top-tier candidates. Leverage your expertise in media and advertising to attract and engage exceptional talent.
• Streamlined Interview Coordination: Manage all aspects of the interview process efficiently, from scheduling to logistics. Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
• Comprehensive Candidate Support: Provide candidates with in-depth information about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

Qualifications:
