CMI Media Group in Cherry Hill, NJ and across our Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey offices is seeking a strategic Resource Manager. You’ll connect client demand with talent, guide staffing plans, and partner with Talent Acquisition and operations to build strong teams.

This role focuses on data-driven workforce decisions, managing data accuracy, and balancing employee, client, and business priorities while navigating multiple office locations.

Formación

• Experience in Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Planning.
• A strong understanding of HR processes, employee development, and talent management.
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or healthcare marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan demand and capacity by aligning staffing with client demand and timelines.
• Coordinate staffing by matching people to opportunities based on skills, location, and availability.
• Connect people with opportunities across the organization aligned to development goals.
• Maintain workforce data accuracy including time tracking, rotations, and open roles.
• Track fulfillment and use data to improve processes and staffing experience.
• Identify risks early and keep partners informed with solutions.
