Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
• Advertising/media agency recruitment is a huge plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for finding the perfect fit between candidates and roles.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences.

• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Stay updated on recruitment trends and develop strategies to improve talent acquisition and retention.

• Comprehensive Candidate Support: Provide candidates with in-depth information about our company culture, values, and career opportunities. Conduct post-interview follow-ups to assess candidate satisfaction and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition and retention.

Qualifications
