Job summary

Aecon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for the Civil division from Charlotte, NC. You will design pipelines, advise hiring managers, and drive proactive sourcing aligned to business priorities, while leveraging a matrixed organizational model.

The role emphasizes delivery of strategic TA solutions, collaboration with the TA COE, and building diverse talent pools across Aecon's North American footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a large, matrixed global organization.
• 3+ years leading end-to-end recruitment in a TA role.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering is a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Aecon's Civil division, including sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for the assigned portfolio.
• Establish connections and leverage online presence to prospect talent.
• Advise hiring managers using diverse interviewing techniques to validate skills and competencies.
• Consult on job descriptions and postings and guide candidates through onboarding.
