Aecon Energy Group is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to work alongside business leaders across our growing operations. You will guide employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience conducting employee relations investigations and resolving complex workplace concerns.
• Experience supporting performance management, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units and operational leaders.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce growth, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support workforce planning and business decision‑making.
• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders across all levels of the organization.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities as needed.
• Assist with compensation analysis, leave administration, and benefits inquiries.
