Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full-cycle recruitment for our divisions. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

The role requires actively sourcing candidates through job boards, social networks, and referrals; screening resumes and conducting interviews; coordinating interviews with hiring managers; and guiding offers while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• PEO or multi-site experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Actively cold calling potential candidates to increase our pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance throughout the interview process.
• Keep the candidate informed of the offer process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve strategies and processes.
• Represent Company at community and recruiting events.
