Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for the organization and its division partners.

The role involves partnering with leadership to build staffing strategies, sourcing candidates across multiple channels, and managing the interview process with strong emphasis on confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Actively cold calling potential candidates to increase our pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Keep the candidate informed of the offer process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Represent Company in community and recruiting events
  • Notify non-selected candidates.
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions
  • Provide support to hiring managers related to recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc.
  • Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personnel records in accordance with federal and state laws.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. He or she will lead the recruiting efforts for Vensure and all Division Partners.
