JT THORPE Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to build and maintain a robust pipeline for engineering, project management, and administrative roles. You will own the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with stakeholders to deliver top talent.

You’ll continually learn about our business to refine recruiting strategies, craft compelling job descriptions, and contribute to employer branding and social media presence across platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with sourcing across platforms and channels.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future business needs.
• Perform full lifecycle recruiting for hard-to-fill roles including engineering, project management, and administrative positions.
• Create effective job descriptions to attract top talent and assist with employer branding.
