Job summary

PJT Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for the Technology function globally.

You will partner with senior Technology leadership on critical hires across engineering, infrastructure, data and information security, with a SaaS-based strategy and AI initiatives. You will source via LinkedIn Recruiter, conduct initial technical assessments, and build a strong pipeline while advising hiring managers on market benchmarks and compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.
• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for cloud, security or data roles.
• Ability to source, assess and close candidates across technical disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Workday or similar ATS.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for PJT's Technology hires globally.
• Partner with Technology leadership and hiring managers to build hiring plans.
• Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn and networks.
• Lead screening and technical assessments to ensure strong role fit.
• Provide market intelligence on talent landscape and compensation benchmarks.
• Draft and maintain technical job descriptions and onboarding materials.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with compensation to structure competitive offers.
• Maintain ATS processes and candidate data accuracy.
• Stay current on technology recruiting trends and market intelligence.
