Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) is seeking a skilled Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across our nationwide offices. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs, execute end-to-end recruitment, and build proactive talent networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions across the organization.
• Create and manage a full recruiter dashboard of job postings and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a proactive talent network for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
