PJT Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle recruiting for our Technology function globally.

You will partner with senior Technology leadership on critical hires across engineering, infrastructure, data, and information security, helping shape the firm’s technology strategy. The role requires deep sourcing skills, credibility with engineering leaders, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent.
• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with focus on technical recruiting.
• Hands-on experience recruiting for cloud, security or data roles.
• Sourcing, assessing and closing candidates across technical disciplines.
• Experience with MS Office; Workday or similar ATS.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience required.

Aufgaben

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for Technology hires across the firm, partnering with Technology leadership and hiring managers.
• Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and tech networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and perform initial technical assessments.
• Advise on market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
• Lead intake and debrief sessions throughout the hiring process.
