Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and create a positive, engaging candidate experience across CNA, PSS, DSP, BHP, TCM and administrative roles.

You will source candidates through job boards and networks, partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate activity in the ATS while upholding compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and candidate selection.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build candidate relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, community events, and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate activity in the ATS.
• Complete pre-employment requirements, including references and background checks.
• Coordinate internal transfers, offers, and new employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and meet established recruitment metrics.
