Job summary

Hippo Insurance in Austin seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting across IT, Engineering, G&A, Insurance, and high-volume roles. You will partner with the People Strategy team to define job descriptions, build hiring strategies, and create diverse talent pipelines that support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (Tech, G&A and GTM).
• Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting including posting on job boards, screening, interviewing, debriefs and offers.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Uses funnel metrics to drive actions and change management for the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring leaders to understand business objectives and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Develop end-to-end recruiting processes and hiring strategies in partnership with People Strategy.
• Create talent pipelines using diverse sourcing channels and proactive outreach.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and tie solutions to business needs.
• Manage internal recruiting processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
