• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition or similar role.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting or specialized hiring a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership on staffing plans.
• Lead local and national searches for open positions.
• Screen and select candidates for Interview with Hiring Managers.
• Manage requisition-to-onboarding processes and data accuracy in systems.
• Participate in Talent Acquisition projects to improve processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and report on recruiting metrics.
