Job summary

Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead a team of full-cycle recruiters and onboarding professionals, drive candidate sourcing, and optimize the onboarding experience.

You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Manager of Workforce Development to open new candidate pipelines and fill current and future needs, while using dashboards to measure performance and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of seven years' work experience in recruitment required
• Have experience with Workday
• Prior Management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• RACR, PHR and/or SHRM-CP, preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of full-cycle recruiters and onboarding staff
• Oversee contractor management and employee referral programs
• Develop recruitment strategies and world-class candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding
• Implement talent sourcing strategies and ensure vendors deliver high-quality service
• Serve as Talent Acquisition SME for technologies including Workday
• Open new candidate pipelines and leverage dashboards and measurement tools to tell the recruitment story
• Travel for job fairs and recruitment events as needed
