Cook Children’s is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for assigned areas. You will oversee recruiters, onboarding teams, and vendor partners, aligning strategies with the director.

The role requires a strong background in recruitment, leadership, and process improvement. In this position you will implement new technologies and policies, manage the budget, and drive talent branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years' work experience in recruitment.
• Experience with Workday.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee applicant experience and Talent Acquisition implementations.
• Coordinate employment and onboarding functions and sourcing strategies.
• Lead social media and talent brand initiatives.
• Oversee recruiters, secretarial pool, and onboarding team.
• Collaborate with Director on strategies, budget, and projects.
• Implement new technologies, policies, and procedures.
