Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Significant leadership experience managing recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment operations and full-cycle processes across the organization.
• Develop and implement company-wide recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Establish and monitor recruiting metrics and budgets.
• Oversee employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and diversity initiatives.
