Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with 5–7 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment and collaborating with leadership teams.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic recruiting initiatives aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Leads sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding processes and ensures compliance with employment laws.
• Establishes talent metrics to inform strategy and improve hiring outcomes.
