Cook Children’s is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for assigned areas. You will oversee recruiters, onboarding teams, and vendor partners, aligning strategies with the director.

The role requires a strong background in recruitment, leadership, and process improvement. In this position you will implement new technologies and policies, manage the budget, and drive talent branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years' work experience in recruitment.
• Experience with Workday.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills preferred.

You will coordinate the employment and onboarding functions, identify recruitment sources and strategies, lead the social media and talent brand initiatives. In this role, you will also facilitate the hiring process from applicant sourcing/screening to onboarding/orientation for assigned areas of responsibility.As the Manager, you will Implementation of new technologies, policies, and procedures are the responsibility of the manager. You will oversee the recruiters, the secretarial pool, and the onboarding team.
