Job summary

Premier Medical Resources in Northwest Houston is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition function and manage recruitment activities from workforce planning through offer acceptance. The role oversees a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and partners with organizational leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies.

You will also supervise support for our overseas workforce and coordinate with independent contractors and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Five years of HR experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
• Two years of experience leading or supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages full-cycle recruitment across all levels from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
• Partners with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Directly leads executive and senior leadership recruitment and oversees overseas remote teams.
• Develops and evaluates strategic recruitment plans using KPIs and workforce trends.
• Ensures compliant, timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
