Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Manager to staff open roles across a company of over 700 employees. The position will be based at the home office in Memphis, TN, reporting to the Director of Recruiting.

The role involves posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, using ATS platforms, collecting documents, and generating offers. STR provides health insurance, a $1,000 HRA account, a 50% 401(k) match, gym membership, chef-prepared lunches, a cell phone

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience.
• Strong customer service skills, with proven results over the telephone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify unique criteria to fill open positions, including new acquisitions.
• Post open positions on job boards and screen candidates.
• Schedule, confirm and communicate candidate interviews throughout the process.
• Use ATS to track candidate progression.
• Collect pre-hire applications and authorization documents.
• Complete background checks and reference screening for final applicants.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate start dates.
• Distribute payroll benefits information and onboarding details.
• Maintain communication with candidates, new hires, and hiring managers throughout interview and onboarding.
