You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role emphasizes strong leadership, knowledge of employment laws, and the use of analytics to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with department leaders to understand role requirements and create targeted job descriptions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth.
• Utilize data and recruitment analytics to measure success and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
