Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives by aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including requisitions, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Ensure hiring needs are fulfilled with quality candidates promptly and cost-effectively.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build pipelines for current and future staffing.
• Establish recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and optimize staffing operations.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve tools and processes.
• Analyze recruitment trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Cultivate external relationships to source diverse talent and strengthen employer brand.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
