Job summary

Comcast is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to steer full-cycle recruiting and build strong partnerships with leaders across the business. You will design and execute campaigns, optimize sourcing via analytics, and advise on candidate evaluation to ensure top-quality hires.

The role requires collaboration with senior management, a focus on diverse talent pipelines, and the flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed. This is a full-time position within our HR/talent team.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate comprehensive recruitment campaigns from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior management to tailor TA strategies.
• Refine job descriptions with hiring managers to attract candidates.
• Use analytics to improve sourcing methods and outcomes.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate evaluation for quality hires.
• Source diverse talent through outreach, referrals, and networks.
• Represent Comcast at events to expand candidate pools.
• Analyze hiring trends to inform leadership on market dynamics.
• Operate with independent judgment in significant matters.
• Attend nights/weekends as schedules require.
