Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
• Carrying a requisition load while leading a recruiting team.
• Experience recruiting for vendor-facing, sales, channel, marketing, customer success, or GTM roles.
• Partnering with senior business leaders and HR Partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters for the US Channel business.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build strong pipelines.
• Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for select positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to align talent priorities.
• Ensure recruiting processes, policies, and KPI targets are met.
• Analyze data and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Drive candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
