Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience within large, complex organizations.
• Experience leading executive search engagements across multiple business functions and levels.
• Experience partnering with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search for executive and leadership roles across functions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging passive talent and market research.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive and professional talent.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand objectives, structures, and leadership needs.
• Provide labor market insights, compensation intelligence, and competitive recommendations.
• Conduct assessments and align hiring with business priorities.
• Drive collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, and external search firms.
• Utilize analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness and outcomes.
