Ingram Micro is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle executive search across Corporate Services, Go-to-Market Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and more. This hybrid Irvine role focuses on passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and market intelligence to build strong pipelines.

You will advise senior leaders, collaborate with HR, and drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition while delivering top talent for critical leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience in large, complex organizations.
• Leading executive search engagements across multiple business functions and leadership levels.
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, and Sales.
• Proven success identifying and hiring passive candidates through proactive sourcing and executive search techniques.
• Experience partnering with VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders.
• Strong understanding of TA best practices, executive assessment methodologies, and workforce planning.
• Experience juggling multiple high-priority searches with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search and recruiting activities across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging passive identification and market research.
• Build pipelines of executive and professional talent to support growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand objectives, structures, and leadership needs.
• Provide labor market insights, compensation intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
• Conduct competency-based interviewing, executive evaluation, and cultural fit discussions.
• Drive a high-touch candidate experience reflecting company values.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HRBP, and leaders to align hiring outcomes.
• Engage with external search firms and professional networks when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with policies and recruiting best practices.
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and strategic projects.
• Use analytics and market data to identify opportunities for improvement.
