You will apply executive search methodologies, labor market insights, and competitive intelligence to advise hiring leaders and improve hiring outcomes in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience in large, complex organizations.
• Experience leading executive search engagements across multiple business functions and leadership levels.
• Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, and Sales.
• Proven ability identifying and hiring passive candidates through proactive sourcing and executive search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search and recruiting activities for executive, leadership, and specialized roles across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging passive talent identification, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of executive and professional talent for current and future growth.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand objectives, workforce planning, and leadership needs.
