Nuvision Credit Union is seeking a strategic Talent Advisor to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, select, and retain high-quality talent aligned to growth, culture, and regulatory requirements. The role leverages market intelligence, employer branding, and candidate experience to drive long-term talent health.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success partnering directly with business leaders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate quality.
• Experience hiring across multiple states and/or regulated environments
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting trends and strategies, labor market dynamics, candidate assessment design, and compliant hiring practices.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR policies and principles
• Demonstrated understanding of AI-enabled recruiting capabilities and governance considerations
• Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions while maintaining candidate quality and experience
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, reporting tools, and web-based applications
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt, nonexempt, and specialized roles using structured, compliant, and data-informed selection practices
• Partner with business leaders on hiring strategy, workforce planning assumptions, talent-market realities, and role design for complex positions
• Advise hiring managers on compensation positioning, interview calibration, offer strategy, and market competitiveness in partnership with Compensation and People Services leadership
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent-pipeline strategies for critical roles and merger-related growth
• Use recruiting analytics and business data to improve pipeline health, quality of hire, and recruiting ROI
• Deliver a differentiated candidate and new-hire experience in partnership with hiring managers and onboarding stakeholders
• Support employer brand and recruitment campaigns with social media and digital talent marketing
• Drive talent engagement and pipeline development through partnerships and events
• Ensure hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local laws across multiple states
• Monitor agency usage and recruiting spend; identify cost-saving opportunities
• Contribute to continuous improvement including AI-enabled recruiting capabilities
• Represent the Credit Union professionally and maintain confidentiality
• Support member relations and events that promote member-centric experiences
• Other related duties as assigned
