Job summary

Nuvision Credit Union is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist 2 to independently manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and moderate-complexity roles across the credit union, including branch and member contact center. You will partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a compliant, high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, job boards, and candidate communication tools.
• Experience collaborating with third party vendors/agencies.
• Knowledge of EEO and multi-state hiring requirements and basic compensation practices.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled recruiting tools and candidate assessment risks.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles from intake through offer acceptance.
• Conduct structured pre-screening interviews and coordinate selection progress with hiring managers.
• Develop and execute role-specific sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social platforms, talent communities and approved AI-assisted tools.
• Represent the credit union at job fairs and community events as needed.
• Lead intake and calibration discussions for roles, clarify success profiles, and provide market feedback to hiring managers.
• Monitor pipeline health, requisition aging, source effectiveness, and report to People Services Leadership.
• Deliver timely, transparent candidate communication and maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring cycle.
