Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, HR Operations, or related field.
• Experience administering recruiting technologies (ATS/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Talent Acquisition Operations to ensure consistent processes.
• Serve as primary operational resource for recruiters and TA stakeholders.
• Administer recruiting systems, access, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Develop, maintain and analyze TA reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and support system enhancements.
• Create SOPs, training materials, and documentation for consistency.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to TA Coordinators and prioritize workload.
• Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders.
• Participate in projects to enhance TA effectiveness and scalability.
