Job summary

Tenna is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale our people engine. You will partner with leadership to drive full-cycle recruiting, shape candidate experience, and design proactive sourcing pipelines across functions.

You will leverage data, ATS tools, and strong stakeholder relationships to attract top talent while maintaining compliance and a culture that matches Tenna’s growth trajectory. This role is remote in the United States with travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with full-cycle talent acquisition.
• 5+ years leading TA initiatives in high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across technical and corporate roles.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS).

Responsibilities

• Design and drive end-to-end recruiting across functions in a scaling company.
• Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines.
• Create structured interview guides and scorecards to reduce bias.
• Oversee employer brand and candidate experience from first touch to hire.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and data privacy.
