• Experience leading recruiters and partnering with HR/business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance and ROI optimization.
• Bachelor's degree required; demonstrated client management skills.

• Leverage the Recruiting ATS to streamline processes and reduce time-to-hire.
• Deliver educational programs to hiring managers to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Influence HR Partners and business leaders on talent initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of business drivers affecting our company.
