You will partner with leaders to make outstanding hiring decisions, sourcing passive candidates and leveraging AI tools to continuously improve recruiting strategies. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to attract exceptional team members supporting growth in the Pacific Northwest

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in progressive full-cycle talent acquisition roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting tech.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy in partnership with leaders.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing of top talent.
• Coach hiring managers and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Strengthen employer branding and external relationships.
• Leverage analytics and AI tools to improve recruitment effectiveness.
