You will drive talent attraction strategies, set benchmarks, and collaborate with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators to deliver high‑quality candidates for multiple groups. Based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington, you will lead client relationships and foster a service‑oriented culture with strong SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full‑time Amazon experience
• Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

Responsibilities

• Source and place candidates for assigned groups.
• Develop and implement talent attraction strategies.
• Collaborate with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.
• Lead or participate in process improvements and strategy development.
• Act as client lead for assigned groups and ensure service‑oriented delivery.
