Prime Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting initiatives at the corporate level, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, Corporate & Executive Search. This onsite role supports whether talent is sourced, salaries negotiated, and interviews conducted across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources, healthcare experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, confidentiality and time management skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.
• Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets.
• Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering recruiting strategies to fill openings timely and cost-effectively.
• Source candidates, negotiate salaries, interview and network with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR staff, senior leadership and external vendors to meet talent needs.
• Report to the Talent Acquisition Director, Corporate & Executive Search.
