Job summary

Microvast Holdings, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an HR Manager Recruiting Specialist to lead enterprise recruiting programs across domestic and global operations.

The role ensures alignment with business needs, enhances talent pipelines, and improves the candidate and hiring-manager experience. The ideal candidate will govern recruiting strategy, governance, and delivery, manage operations and data quality, and strengthen relationships with vendors and HR partners to meet workforce plans and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive recruiting experience, including supporting multi-location/global organization.
• Three+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting programs, sourcing/selection, operations, and vendor relationships.
• Working knowledge of employment regulations, data reporting, and recruitment analytics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy, annual priorities, and delivery plans aligned with workforce demand and business growth.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into capacity, sourcing, and hiring priorities across roles.
• Establish measurable recruiting goals, evaluate progress, and adjust resources to address talent gaps.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiting team members with clear accountability and performance expectations.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and HR partners by providing market insight and transparent status communications.
• Select and oversee recruiting vendors, monitor cost, quality, and value.
• Support enterprise HR projects, audits, and workforce initiatives.
• Represent the organization at recruiting events and professional forums.
